发明名称 ANGLE SETTING MECHANISM FOR GRINDING PLANER EDGE IN POLISHING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily set the grinding angular difference of a planer edge by including a motor rotating shaft by the half of a rough grinding face and finishing grinding face to a motor rotating face. CONSTITUTION:The rotating shaft of a motor 1 is inclined at alpha deg./2 to the motor rotating face 20 of a motor receiving base 6. At a rough grinding time a cutting tool post P is set to an angle (beta deg. + alpha deg./2)(beta deg. is the rough grinding angle of a cutting tool 7). A rough grinding work is then performed by abutting a rough grindstone 2 to the cutting tool 7 by a 2nd handle and sliding a table 13 with its reciprocatrin by a 1st handle. In this case the cutting tool 7 is rough-ground at the angle beta deg.. A finishing grindstone 3 is then opposed to a cutting tool post 9 by rotating the motor 1. Thereafter, a finish grinding is performed by sliding the table 13 with its reciprocation by the 1st handle similarly to the rough grinding work, the cutting tool 7 is polished at an angle (beta deg. + alpha deg.) and the angular difference alpha deg. of the rough grinding face and finishing grinding face is automatically obtained.
