PURPOSE:To obtain the subject uncured or semi-cured sheet useful for surface decoration of furniture or steel board, etc., indication or anti-corrosion, etc., having excellent thermosetting property and readily forming covering film having uniformity and high hardness containing specific polyether resin and blocked isocyanate as principal components. CONSTITUTION:The aimed sheet contains polyether resin having at least plural pieces of hydroxyl groups solid at normal temperature having 100000-1000000 weight-average molecular weight and blocked isocyanate (e.g. blocked isocyanate containing isocyanate group such as tolylene diisocyanate blocked with block component such as phenols) as principal components. |
