<p>PURPOSE:To automatically fix a film to a base material and to feed the same to a press machine by a method wherein the film is pressed to the base material by laminating rolls to send out the same and the film is welded to the rear and front ends of the base material by a thermal welding apparatus and the film is cut between both ends. CONSTITUTION:The base material P fed by a feed apparatus 1 is sent out to a vacuum feed 8 while held between upper and lower laminating rolls 5, 7 by rotating both rolls 5, 7. Further, decorative paper D is guided to the freely rotatable upper laminating roll 5 in the same way as a film F through a tension roll 12, a capstan roll 13 and an expander roll 14. A thermal welding apparatus S is constituted by providing a cutter 23 between seal bars 21, 22 and the film F and the decorative paper D are thermally welded to the rear end of the base material P0 fed out through the vacuum feed 8 and the front end of the base material P1 sent out through the laminating rolls 5, 7 on the short side of the base material P to be temporarily fixed thereto and the film F and the decorative paper D continuing between the base materials P0, P1 are together cut.</p> |
