PURPOSE: To eliminate a disturbance of engaging a flat tubular film in the case of arranging an apparatus by constituting to increase a diameter of a turning rod to a desired size. CONSTITUTION: A tubular film 30' flatly squeezed by squeeze rollers 30 is guided by guide rollers 28, 29, turning rod 16 and a stationary deflecting roller 32, and guided to a winder. A motor 37 is controlled to transmit a reverse motion of 180 deg. to the roller 29 and a reverse motion of 90 deg. to the rod 16. Short shafts (pins) 8, 18 supporting carriers (holder and frame) 14, 15 of the rod 16 and a frame for supporting the roller 30, a flattening plate and a deflecting roller 29 are disposed at an interval in an axial direction. Since a recess is provided in a U-shaped frame, a free space for the rod 16 is formed. Thus, a diameter of the rod 16 is formed in a desired size. |
