PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cracks and improve applicability and durability by disposing precast moldings vertically at three places in the circumferential direction on the inner side of a metallic shell. CONSTITUTION:As an inner refractory lining for a metallic shell, precast moldins 2 are disposed on at least >=3 places in the circumferential direction prependicularly as a one-piece molding continuous over the entire length in the height direction of a ladle. After the disposition of the moldings 2, an inside from is placed on the inner side thereof, and shapeless refractories are packed and installed between these moldings, whereby the internal lining is completed. The moldings 2 have strength of >=100kg/cm<2> bending strength at ordinary tempe., <=15% porosities. |
