PURPOSE:To exactly measure the concn. of a dye by forming a metal oxide film having holes or grooves along a base plate on the surface of the base plate and communicating the inside of the holes or grooves with the outdoor air. CONSTITUTION:The metal oxide film 4 having the holes 2 or grooves 3 along the base plate 1 is formed on the surface of the base plate 1 and the inside of the holes 2 or the grooves 3 communicates with the outdoor air. The holes 2 are formed at the boundary between the base plate 1 and the metal oxide film 4 or is formed in the metal oxide film 4. The holes 2 are formed along the base plate 1 and the grooves 3 are also formed along the base plate 1 and are continuous. The qualitative analysis of materials and the quantitative determination of the concn. are possible if a color developable reagent is previously absorbed in the holes 2 or the grooves 3.
