PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain both a high-quality ultrasonic tomographic image and correct speed information with a single probe by providing the first vibrator group with a high center frequency and a wide band and the second vibrator group with a low center frequency and a narrow band. CONSTITUTION:The first vibrator group 17a in a probe 12 are excited by the ultrasonic excitation signal outputted from a main body, and a ultrasonic beam 500 is radiated in the preset direction. The ultrasonic beam 500 is reflected at a target portion A, and the reflected echo is received by the second vibrator group 16b. The center frequency of the second vibrator group 16b is 2MHz, only the narrow-band ultrasonic wave with the center frequency 2MHz is received among the ultrasonic frequency formed by the first vibrator group 16a, and the continuous Doppler information is finally detected by the ultrasonic wave with the low frequency 2MHz. The attenuation in an object under test is reduced, and correct speed information can be detected. |
