<p>The holder is for fastening an accessory, tool, etc to a bar of a vehicle frame, esp. a bicycle. It consists of a clamp band (12) around the bar (18) and a clamp device (14). Both ends (20a,b) of the band have pre-fixing elements, which overlap and engage when placed around the bar, and maintain a restriction of the band, which causes the prefixing.
