PURPOSE:To concurrently display multiple images with one ultrasonic device in real time by constituting it with a probe switching section, a transmission/ reception beam former section, a digital scan converter, and a display section. CONSTITUTION:A transmission/reception beam former section 1 outputs transmission pulses to probes 4a, 4b based on the scanning data of a system controller 2, delay-adds respective echo signals converted by them in sequence, performs logarithm compression according to the dynamic range of a display section 6, and sends them as echo video signals. The system controller 2 outputs a switching signal matched with the scan timing to a probe switching section 3 with a switching element. A digital scan converter 5 processes and converts echo video signals into video signals for probes 4a, 4b based on the control signal from the system controller and outputs them to the display section 6. The display section 6 inputted with the video signals concurrently displays two real-time images. |
