<p>PURPOSE:To improve monitor performance by displaying a caution signal in the case that the changing ratio of a signal in a normal area exceeds a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:As to a signal inputted through a process inputting device 1, it is judged by an alarm processing part 14 whether or not a signal value is abnormal, and then, in the case that the value is abnormal, the abnormality alarm is outputted by an alarm state outputting part 6. On the other hand, the change in the signal is detected by a change detecting part 171, and in the case that the signal value is normal but the changing ratio exceeds the prescribed value, the caution signal is displayed on a CRT display unit 8 through a display processing part 10.</p> |
