<p>PURPOSE: To improve response fluctuation in temperature and frequency by coating the two parts of a low-resistant sheet, which is cut with a metallic thin first layer adhered to the sheet, coating it with a metallic thick second layer and coating it with the third layer of an alloy, which can be soldered. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic-type insulating substrate 1 is constituted of oxide aluminum, and a sheet 3 is jointed on the substrate 1 by an adhesive layer 2 constituted of epoxy resin and other substances. The low resistant metallic sheet 3, constituted of nickel, chrome alloy and the other substance, is etched in the form of a conductive filament by a photoresist mask, and the width and length are controlled precisely. The sheet 3 is protected by a layer 6 of an epoxy resin, for example, and a thin layer 8 of metal, chromium, nickel- chromium alloy is adhered around the edge part of the substrate 1, by giving a mechanical contact with the sheet 3. The film 8 is coated by a thick sheet 9 of a conductive alloy, such as a metal and nickel. It is coated by the layer 14 of soldering alloy, and a resistor can be soldered to a printing/hybrid circuit.</p> |
