CONSTITUTION:The voltages are impressed to the electrode systems 1 to 3 and the electrodes are inspected at the time of forming the enzyme reaction layer consisting of the oxidoreductase, the hydrophilic high polymer and the electron acceptor on the surfaces of the electrode systems 1 to 3 of the biosensor which is provided with the electrode systems consisting of at least the measuring electrode 3 and counter electrode 2 on a substrate 1 having an insulating characteristic and measures the substrate concn. in a sample liquid by electrochemically detecting the change in the material concn. at the time of reaction of the enzyme and the electron acceptor with the sample liquid by the electrode systems 1 to 3. The inspection of the electrode systems 1 to 3 is executed in this way in the stage of constituting the biosensor of a disposable type including the electrode systems 1 to 3. The inspection of the reaction area at the time of response in the sensor is further possible.
