PURPOSE:To prepare a resin molded body having a part mounting hole without generating a projection like a cap by molding the small diameter part of the part mounting hole by the projection provided to a mold and molding the large diameter part thereof by an insert member. CONSTITUTION:A molding sheet wherein a skin 3 and a intermediate material 4 are integrated is placed on a lower mold in an open state and the pin parts 23a, 23a of an upper mold 21 are inserted in the pin holes 24a, 24a of an insert member 24 to hold the insert member 24 to the under surface of the projection 23 of the upper mold 21. In this case, the pin holes 24a, of the insert member 24 are covered with the leading end part of the projection 23. A urethane foaming material is injected on the upper surface of the sheet and the molds are clamped to perform foam molding. After the urethane foaming material is cured, an intermediate molded body 1a, in which the insert member 24 is embedded as it is, demolded from the upper and lower molds 21, 22. Pins are inserted in the pin holes 24a of the insert member 24 seen through from the small diameter part 12 of the part mounting hole 5 of the intermediate molded body 1a and hooked with the insert member 24 to take out the same to obtain a resin molded body. |
