PURPOSE:To enable normal driving of a motor by prohibiting read out of output signal from a rotor position detecting circuit for a time interval, corresponding to the driving frequency of the motor, upon transition of signal state. CONSTITUTION:A rotor position detecting circuit 4 for a motor 3 performs output control according to the input state of a rotor position detection signal such that it does not read out the rotor position detection signal for a time interval corresponding to the driving frequency of the motor 3 upon transition of the state of the rotor position detection signal. Consequently, chattering is not detected and it causes no influence nor the driving frequency of the motor cause any influence. By such arrangement, the motor 3 can be driven normally with no phase lag of the control output signal even upon chattering of the rotor position detection signal. |
