<p>PURPOSE:To keep sanitary state of foods stored in a refrigerator and to improve a keeping of freshness of foods for a long period of time by a method wherein enclosures of which entire surface or partial surface is composed of gas transmissive film has anti-germ and anti-moot agent having sublimation and volatile characteristic enclosed therein and then the enclosures are installed in the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable chamber 10 is operated such that a cold air A within a refrigeration chamber adjusted by a temperature adjusting damper 27 in a refrigeration chamber 9 is passed through aeration ports 23a across partition plates 23 and circulated around a container 24 so as to perform an indirect cooling of fresh vegetables and fruits 28 and to keep a suitable temperature. Enclosures 29 enclosing anti-germ and anti-moot agent therein are arranged at a top surface of a refrigeration chamber 8, a rear surface of the refrigeration chamber 9 and a rear surface of the container of the vegetable chamber 10. The enclosures 29 have at their entire surfaces gas transmissive film 29a and enclose anti-germ and anti-moot agent 29h therein. A part of it is made of gas transmissive film 29a, the other part is made of case 29c and anti-germ and anti-moot agent 29b is enclosed in it. The anti-germ and anti- moot agent 29a is of enclosure of cypress oil or its sodium salt or cyclodextrin inclusion.</p> |
