This is a cutting/rewinding machine with a peripheral pressure individual rewinding system, equipped with a central drum with its own movement, on which rest the rewinding rollers assisted by the pressure transmitted by hydropneumatic cylinders via the articulated arms, in which the central drum entrains in its movement the rollers for rewinding the cut material by means of the "guillette" or "countercutter" system. It allows equipping with static original reel support, with automatic web lateral alignment, with lateral "refile" suction device and with double cutting system. <IMAGE>
