PURPOSE:To simplify the control program for a motor by switching the input of the motor to a low rank duty factor in a parameter table when the motor speed exceeds an upper limit whereas switching the input of motor to a high rank duty factor when the motor speed drops below a lower limit. CONSTITUTION:Motor speed is continuously monitored by setting upper and lower threshold levels Sa, Sb, respectively, at upper and lower limits Va, Vb of motor speed in a set range. Motor input is switched to a low rank duty factor in a parameter table when the motor speed exceeds the upper limit Va, whereas it is switched to a high rank duty factor in the parameter table when the motor speed drops below the lower limit Vb. |
