An osteosynthesis appliance includes a frame having longitudinal openings in its parallel walls and at least four resetting blocks. Each resetting block includes a slide with two crossing orifices, one transverse and one longitudinal, a pin and a bearing member. The pin is accommodated in the longitudinal orifice of the slide, has axial movement, is capable of retention and has a threaded part and a self-tapping part. Each bearing member is accommodated in the transverse orifice of the slide, has longitudinal movement, is capable of retention in the longitudinal openings of the frame, is in the form of an externally threaded spacer bushing and has edges for the key. A draw bolt passes through the axial orifice of each spacer bushing and the longitudinal slots in the longitudinal walls of the frame. <IMAGE>
