PURPOSE:To easily align two circuits to be coupled by providing a means which detects the positional deviation of coupling and a means which corrects the positional deviation. CONSTITUTION:The interface circuit of one or both of two circuits which are produced independently of each other and are coupled after production are provided with a means 4 which detects the positional deviation of coupling and a means 3 (shift circuit) which corrects the positional deviation. That is, the deviation of coupling detected by the means 4 which detects the positional deviation of coupling is inputted to the means 3, which corrects the positional deviation, in the interface circuit and is corrected. Consequently, a coupled signal is correctly transmitted even in the case of deviation of the coupling position as long as the positional deviation of coupling is in a correctable range. Thus, alignment for coupling between two circuits is facilitated. |
