PURPOSE:To suppress abrasion of contact face, to retard vibration and to suppress noise by composing a sliding member of first and second sliding members. CONSTITUTION:A first sliding member 11 or a carbon film is highly stiff and rigid and has smooth surface and self lubricity thus exhibiting excellent sliding performance and abrasion resistance. It has higher heat resistance than that of resin, change of state of the contact face due to heating of motor is low, and the frictional coefficient is approximately constant. Since micro holes in a rotor 9 are filled with molybdenum disulfide thus forming a second sliding member 12, sliding performance on the contact face is further improved thus suppressing vibration. Since vibration on the contact face is retarded because of the smooth and stable carbon film surface and the sliding performance of molybdenum disulfide, noise is suppressed and fluctuation of rotation is also suppressed. |
