PURPOSE:To surely prevent the illegal use by confirming finally a correct subscriber when a normal on-that-day valid identification code is confirmed together with a normal identification code. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber telephone number searching means 16 is provided to a center system 14 to retrieve a subscriber telephone number based on a due identification code together with an automatic dialing means 18, and an on-that-day value identification code setting means 60 which transmits a grant telegram together with an on-that-day valid identification code set previously when the incoming connection is secured. Then a correct subscriber is finally confirmed when an identification code and the on-that-day valid identification code are normal. Thus an illegal user is unable to receive the incoming sent from the system 14 via th automatic dialing owing to the wrong telephone number. Then the mischief and the illegal use can be completely prevented since the on-that-day valid identification is needed for the final processing request. |
