An electronic control unit, particularly for electronic ignition and/or electronic injection installations in motor vehicles comprises a dish casing (V), on the bottom (V1) of which is fixed a printed circuit board (C) to which are connected power components (P) in contact with the walls (V2) of the casing (V).
