PURPOSE:To faciliate the management of many different manufacturing equipments at a low cost by applying the control to these equipments with each proper command and converting each command into a common command by reference to a command conversion table to perform a pointing and reporting operations. CONSTITUTION:An equipment state control part 100 transmits the report and instruction contents common to the manufacturing equipments 2 to each other among these equipments 2 and controls these equipment states. A command description converting part 210 of an equipment interface module 200 converts a command description form containing the report contents proper to the equipments 2 into a common command description form to secure the recognition via a common input command. Furthermore the part 210 converts a common output command having the produced instruction contents into another command form proper to the equipments 2 that can be recognized by the equipments 2. Thus it is possible to handle the different equipments in the same standard and therefore to easily control many different equipments.
