PURPOSE:To easily prepare a cushion body for a vehicle without requiring special skill by setting a porous body having open cells having a shape almost same to that of a fin part and thickness equal to or less than that of the fin part to the fin part corresponding part of the middle mold among three split molds. CONSTITUTION:A porous body (e.g. semihard polyurethane foam,) having open cells having a shape almost same to that of a fin part and thickness set to 1/2 that of the fin part is set to the fin part corresponding part of the middle mold among three split molds. Continuously a foamable stock solution, for example, having hardness of 10kg/Jis is injected in the lower mold of three split molds and, next, the middle mold is clamped. Subsequently, the upper mold is clamped to complete foaming and curing to constitute the fin part 3 wherein the porous body is integrated with other foamed part and a cushion body for a vehicle is obtained. Therefore, only one-pack type foamable stock solution may be injected without injecting two solutions, that is, the foamable stock solutions for a backrest part and the fin part and the cushion body for a vehicle can be easily prepared without requiring special skill. |
