PURPOSE:To obtain a boiled egg providing simple operation to peel the shell in use by taking out a raw egg, etc., from the shell thereof, placing the resultant raw egg, etc., in a stretchable packaging bag, hermetically sealing the bag and heat-treating the egg. CONSTITUTION:A raw egg is taken from the shell thereof and, as necessary, a seasoning, ingredient, etc., are placed in a stretchable packaging bag 1 (preferably composed of rubber or a synthetic resin) and the bag is hermetically sealed. The raw egg is then heat-treated to produce a boiled egg 2 in a continuous process. |
