It comprises an elongated orthohedral body with two zones with rounded ends and elongated openings with countersunk edges and cavities of curvilinear shape, rods made up of two threaded sections with different thread pitches, separated by a central widening in the shape of a walnut with a polyhedral lateral part and polar zones of truncated cone shape, one of the sections being matched by a nut with a polyhedral lateral part and with one of its faces having a truncated cone shape, adaptable to the countersinking of one of the openings, accompanied by a safety lock nut, and with the rod terminating in a polyhedral head. Applicable for the relative immobilization of components of the vertebral column in the surgical treatment of osteosynthesis complaints. <IMAGE>
