PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal work of flashes and the disposal of removed flashes by a method wherein a grooved liquid flow path, which surrounds a cavity and both ends of which communicate outside a molding tool, is formed on a mold parting face in the neighborhood of the cavity so as to perform foaming under the condition that liquid such as water or the like is run in the flow path from its one end. CONSTITUTION:On the parting face 28 of a bottom face 22 in the neighborhood of a cavity 26, a grooved liquid flow path 30, through which liquid such as water or the like is circulated, is formed. Concretely, the flow path 30 is formed so as to surround the cavity 26 on the parting face of the bottom force 22 and to open both its ends 30a and 30b toward the outside of the molding tool 20. When liquid foaming stock 32 tends to penetrate in the gap between the parting faces 28 of the molding tool 20 by the gas blowing reaction, which continues for a period of time after the finish of the filling of the liquid foaming stock 32 in the cavity 26, liquid 34 is continuously run from one end 30a of the liquid flow path 30 on the parting face 28, passed round the periphery of the cavity 26 and delivered from the other end 30b of the flow path outside the molding tool 20. Thus, the post-work for removal of flash becomes unnecessary and the manufacturing work is simplified. In addition, the disposal of flash becomes easy. |
