PURPOSE: To obtain stable performance against the changes of temperature, processes and power voltage by optimizing this device by using a current control predriver to control switching noise. CONSTITUTION: This device has an input stage 31, non overlapping stage 33, a predriver stage 35 and an output stage 37. The predriver serves as a function which reverses the current that is controlled by two bias voltages that are created by a bias generator 39, i.e., an NREF for an n predriver and a PREF for a p predriver. Each stage is designed not to simultaneously turn on a P device and an N device in the input transient phenomenal period to reduce transient switching noise. Thereby, the performance of an output buffer is not changed according to temperature, processes and voltage.
