Universal blender including a blending bowl (3), an insulated wall (12) of which is formed by an external wall (13) and an internal wall (14) separated by an insulating space (15). That makes it possible to keep ingredients contained in the bowl cool for a greater length of time. By placing the bowl on a base better insulation with respect to the bottom is furthermore obtained. <IMAGE>
