Furnace conveyor cooling method - has coolant fed to immersion troughs to cool conveyor trolley

The furnace transport conveyor is cooled in a drive channel sealed both sides of the trolley by immersion troughs. The trolley (10) is cooled in the hottest zone of the fitted billet supports by a coolant fed in flow to and out of the immersion troughs (13). Both troughs (12,13) extend right along the trolley path and the supports (22) have coolant channels (23) with input and output lines (24,25) dipping free into one immersion trough at least, with coolant circulation maintained.
