To obtain a more universal and more effective sealing system, preferably for sealing the lower edge of a belt conveyor delivery chute from the rubber belt conveyor running below the chute, the sealing system consists of at least one supporting plate (3), a holding device made of a comparatively rigid material which can be moved by guides (4) relative to the supporting plate (3) essentially perpendicular to a gap to be sealed, at least one fastening element for stopping the holding device (1) relative to the supporting plate (3) and a sealing element made of a comparatively flexible material, in particular an elastomeric plastic, which is or can be interchangeably fastened in the holding device (1) and which has a sealing lip (2). |
