<p>A notcher includes a die having a die bore and a notching cutter received in the die bore. The die bore is connected to a suction device, and the notching cutter is formed with an air hole which opens to the atmospheric air and is communicated with the die bore. Accordingly, notching chips are smoothly discharged.</p>
