PURPOSE:To eliminate deterioration in quality due to mechanical friction and heat and the like and to obtain stable electric charge characteristics free from fluctuation by incorporating a binder resin composed essentially of polyester and a charge controller made of a polymer composed essentially of repeating units derived from a hydrocarbon having a sulfonic acid-N-acrylamide monomer and a colorant. CONSTITUTION:The toner comprises the binder resin composed essentially of the polyester and the charge controller made of the polymer composed essentially of repeating units derived from the hydrocarbon having a sulfonic acid-N- acrylamide monomer and the colorant, thus permitting the charge controller in the toner to be made difficult to deteriorate in quality, accordingly, deterioration of the toner due to mechanical friction and heat and the like to be suppressed and the charge characteristics of the toner to be stabilized. |
