PURPOSE:To prevent the stockout of consumables, such as parts stockout and merchandise stockout, on a user side by displaying the consumption information relating to the quantity consumed of the consumables on a display screen in association with the quantity consumed. CONSTITUTION:This device has a memory means 24 which stores the consumption information for each of respective terminal devices and a display control means which displays the stored consumption information on the display screen 25 in association with the quantity consumed. When the consumption information relating to the quantity consumed of the consumables, such as number of copies, is sent from the respective terminal devices in this case, this information is stored in the memory means 24 and is displayed on the display screen 25 in association with the quantity consumed, characteristic in order of the large quantity consumed at necessary timing. Thus, the announcing of this information successively from the terminal devices requiring the exchange or replacement is possible and the prediction of the consumption of the consumables after the prescribed period is possible as well; therefore, the timing for the exchanging or replacing is recognized and the possibility of the parts stockout and merchandise stockout is eliminated. |
