PURPOSE:To obtain the mixing, kneading and sending apparatus for carrying out uniform kneading within a short time by integrally forming a stirring and mixing member mounted in a casing with a screw part and a spiral rod part. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical main casing 2 having supply ports 4a, 4b provided to an outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of a trailing end part thereof and a discharge port 5 to a leading end thereof, a stirring and mixing member 3 integrally formed with a screw part 12 having a rotary blade 11 formed to an outer periphery of a center shaft 10 thereof in the vicinity of the supply ports 4a, 4b and a spiral rod part 13 formed into an almost triangular shape by bending in the vicinity of a discharge port 5 is mounted. By this constitution, two or more kinds of powders with different apparent densities or a mixture of a powder and a liquid can be kneaded uniformly within an extremely short time and, in the supply ports, send-in property is good and clogging is not generated. |
