PURPOSE:To make superposition or transportation of resin molded bodies easy by eliminating protrusions of them, by a method wherein a space for holding a leg part of parts is buried into a large-diameter part of a parts fitting hole. CONSTITUTION:A resin molded body 1 is in three-layer structure where an intermediate material 4 with a foam made of resin is provided between a base 2 with an elastic deformation urethane foamed material and the skin 3 made of the resin. A hole 5 for fitting a fastener 6 is opened in the outside. The fastener 6 is for joining the resin molded body 1 and a carrier 7 to each other and the same is provided with a fitting part 8 in which the carrier 7 is fitted and a leg part 9 which is projected into the rear part of the fitting part 8 and possesses a large-diameter and boardlike stopper 9a on the tip. A spacer 15 performs insert molding with a top force 21 and bottom force 22. Therefore, the space is provided within a parts fitting hole and the parts can be held with the spacer. |
