<p>A divided trash bag (10) includes at least two separable compartments (10a, 10b) that are preferably connected by plastic zippers (12). This bag enables an individual to separate at least two types of trash in one receptacle, for example in order to sort the trash for appropriate disposal or recycling. One separable compartment may be made of degradable plastic for non-recyclable (e.g. perishable) trash and the other separable compartment may be made of recyclable plastic for recyclable trash.</p> |
