PURPOSE:To perform precisely analysis of a molding condition by grasping a bank quantity precisely, by a method wherein a temperature of a sheet carried out through a gap of a molding roll is measured and the bank quantity is estimated based on measured temperature information. CONSTITUTION:A temperature of a sheet 15 carried out through a gap 13 between a pair of molding rolls 11, 12, which are arranged almost in parallel with each other and turned by being controlled at desired temperatures respectively, is measured by a temperature measuring device 20. Then temperature information measured by the temperature measuring device 20 is taken into a control part 60 to estimate a bank quantity and displayed by a display device 70.
