<p>PURPOSE:To allow a parking zone manager to surely manage the existence of empty spaces only by himself even in a wide parking zone by deciding the existence of a parked vehicle in each parking space by an image picked up by a TV camera. CONSTITUTION:The image data of respective parking spaces picked up by the TV camera 3 are written in respective storage areas in image memories 7, 8. A data processor 6 reads out the image data of the storage areas allocated to respective parking spaces and compares the image data stored in respective storage are of the image memory 8 with the image data stored in respective storage areas of the image memory 7. The decided result is displayed on a display device 9 connected to the output port 6E of the data processor 6. Consequently the empty states of respective parking spaces can be detected only observing the screen of the display device 9, the management of the wide parking zone can be attained only by one manager.</p> |
