<p>Compounds having a renin inhibitory effect and having formula (I) wherein R?1, R2, R6¿ and n are as defined above with formula (I), A is a residue of an aliphatic L-α-amino acid, B is a residue of a lipophilic L-α-amino acid and D is a residue of an aliphatic L-α-amino acid, wherein further the hydroxy group in the link between B and D is in threo relationship with the α chain of B, either as such or in the form of physiologically acceptable salts and includes optical isomers unless a specific isomer is required, racemates, diastereomers, geometrical isomers and isomer mixtures whenever occurring, are disclosed. Processes for preparation and pharmaceutical preparations for such compounds and methods for treatment of heart disorders with such compounds are further disclosed.</p> |
