Electronic multiplier with single direction shift register - uses feedback to eliminate need for shift register extension

An electronic multiplier adds numeric partial products individually to a total intermediate product number. It contains a shift register (5) with a single shift direction and with feedback. The additions are performed using a parallel addition method. The circuit contains only two tetrade adder circuits (2,3) and a corresp. number of carry adder circuits. The bit multiplier (1) can be a special circuit or a matrix circuit. USE/ADVANTAGE - Electronic multiplier circuit uses single direction shift register and feedback to eliminate need for shift register extension.
