<p>A protein purification system based upon isoelectric focusing and isotachophoresis includes a separation chamber (100) having matched sets of inlet and outlet ports. The outlet ports are connected to the inlet ports by tubing modules (1300) comprising sets of individual fluid flow loops which are selectively, removably coupled to one another and to the inlet and outlet ports of the separation chamber (100). The tubing modules (1300) are arranged to extend through a multi-channel pump (500) to provide fluid pressure in each of the individual fluid flow loops and through a heat exchanger (1100) to controllably extract heat from each of the individual fluid flow loops.</p> |
