PURPOSE:To promote attention with a warn when a worker approaches or is brought into contact with a normal part with erroneous recognition in order to pull it out by setting an alarm in a warn activating state concerning the normal part and providing a proximity sensor. CONSTITUTION:When a function block 3 is normal, an arithmetic processing unit 8 closes a switch circuit 13 and sets an alarming part in a warn issuing available state. When the worker erroneously closes to or is brought into contact with the normal function block 3 in order to exchange it, signals are transmitted from sensor parts 15-17 to an alarming part 14 and a buzzer tone is intermitted or light is flickered. Thus, the worker notices the erroneous extraction and the exchange is prevented in advance. When a fault is generated in the function block 3, the arithmetic processing unit 9 closes (turns OFF) the switch circuit 13 and the alarming part 14 is set in an alarm canceling state. Then, the worker can exactly exchange the fault block. |
