摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve suction efficiency by providing two branch pipe parts, connected to the intake port of each cylinder and having a length to a degree possible to ensure pulsation, and a single chamber part, for absorbing the pulsation, interposed between each branch pipe part and a mixer. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a four-cylinder gas engine provided with two cylinders C1, C2 having a 180 deg. phase difference between crank angles, an intake manifold 8, to which a mixer (mixing device) 15 is connected on the inlet side of a mixture, is constituted by providing a box-shaped chamber part 10, arranged in the central part in the lengthwise direction of a crankshaft and having a fixed large capacity possible to suppress pulsation, and integrally providing the first and second branch pipe parts 11, 12, having a length possible to sufficiently ensure a flow speed of the mixture, on both sides of this chamber part 10. Each of branch pipe parts 11, 12 is isolated from inside of the chamber part 10 respectively by a partition 10a and simultaneously an upper end parts of these branch pipe parts are made the inlet sides of the mixture and made to communicate with an upper end part of the chamber part 10 through openings 11a, 12a formed in each partition 10a.</p>
