The hollow filament is made of fiber forming polymer with melting point 100-220 deg.C, having at least one hollowness along the axis of fiber, and having the hollow rate 5-8%. This hollow fiber is made into thernobonding fiber with fineness of single fiber 0.5-5 den. crimp no. 3-40 ea/inch, fiber length 10-150mm after drawing. This thermobonding hollow fiber is made into fiber bundles, or blended with other fibers in a way that the rate of blending of thermobonding fibers is above at least 20 wt.% to the whole fiber mixtures. Also this thermobonding fibers can be blended with other fibers with below 6 denier, thus resulting in fiber bundles with average below 5 den to make non-woven with weight 10-50 g/m2. |
