Heterocyclicthiofatty acid and fatty compound with hydroxy, or heterocyclicthiafatty acid, multi alenced alcohol with at least 2 hydroxy and fatty 2 basic acid are reacted to form heterocyclicthiofattyacidester. The resulting heterocyclicthiafattyacidester of 5-70 wt.% to the whole composition is contained among lubricating, emulsifying composition to form oiling agent which offers excellent heat-resistance, lubricity and antistatic property to thermoplastic synthetic fiber.
