<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration in the S/N through digital coding of an input signal or the like and to improve the processing capability of sections applying packet composing/decomposing processing with simple constitution by providing a signal processing integrated circuit for packet communication or the like. CONSTITUTION:Line termination circuits 341-34m apply termination processing to subscriber lines 331-33m analogically and give an analog voice signal to relevant packet communication signal processing integrated circuits 351-35m. The circuits 351-35m encode the inputted analog voice signal digitally synchronously with the packet exchange, apply voice processing to recompose the packet. Then the composed packet data is given directly serially to a switching interface circuit 32 and the circuit 32 outputs it to a switching circuit. In the processing above, a microcomputer 31 controls the circuits 341-34m via the circuits 351-35m only, the contention control is applied in the circuit 32, the deterioration in the S/N is decreased and the packet composing/decomposing processing capability 5 is improved with simple constitution.</p> |
