PURPOSE:To save man-hour in a short time, by making the result of questionnaire into digital signal, and transmitting it. CONSTITUTION:A questionnaire investigator SUB-A determines the items, information relating persons to be inquired, and e.g., telephone number and gives a call to an exchanger DEX. A transmission line is set with a service trunk with the help of a central controller CPU, the questionnaire items are stored in a file MFL, the information and investigated time of persons to be inquired, SUB-B1 to SUB-Bn are stored in a registration memory RM. Next, at the time of investigation, the content of the MFL is sequentially readout the SUB-B1- SUB-Bn for transmission. The response from the persons to be inquired is sequentially stored in the file via a video band compressor ICMP, audio compressor VCMP and file controller FCTL with such as a telephone set. |
