The subject of the present invention is a textile core comprising at least one knitted or non-woven sheet structure (10) comprising one or more types of threads, the said sheet structure (10) being impregnated with a resin and shaped. The sheet structure (10) comprises, in predetermined zones, projections (11) of variable height and/or density. The textile core (10) is inserted between two skins (2, 3) in order to form a composite product. The invention also relates to the manufacturing method and the composite product obtained with such a textile core.
