METHOD FOR COATING RESIN MOLDED BODY

PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of paint by adding a copolymer of conjugated diene having hydroxyl groups at the terminals with an arom. vinyl compd. to a propylene-ethylene random copolymer, molding them and directly coating the resulting molded body with paint. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. is prepd. by adding 0.01-10 pts.wt. copolymer of conjugated diene having hydroxyl groups at the terminals with an arom. vinyl compd. or hydrogenated product of the copolymer to 100 pts.wt. propylene- ethylene block copolymer having 3-45wt.% ethylene content and optionally blended with <=70wt.% elastomer and/or propylene-ethylene random copolymer having 0.5-10wt.% ethylene content. The resin compsn. is molded by injection molding, compression molding or other method and the resulting molded body is directly coated by spray coating or other method.
